HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT:
Platform planning and development to help systematize the UX Research process.
The proposal was to develop an Intelligent Online Platform to collect (and store) strategic data extracted through a flow of UX Research questions.
This project has seventy seven 100% responsive screens and was developed using the following technologies: FlutterFlow, Firebase, Figma, Lottie Files, Adobe Illustrator.
Benefits for the team:

Communication: Through the repository created, it would be possible to access data coming directly from users, thus avoiding noise in the passage of information.

Precision: When users are guided through a well-architected system and answer strategic UX questions, the company receives more useful data that helps better define the problem to be solved and make more accurate decisions.

Relief: It takes the burden off the intermediaries responsible for passing on information.

Time optimization: Instant access to the platform optimizes the time of everyone involved, speeding up processes that are normally longer and slower.

Usability: As the platform can collect the real problems of different types of personas, the design solutions coming from this data would be much more accurate and would cover several different contexts of use.
